We do our utmost to describe products accurately and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights may be derived from these.

3. Ordering and Payment

4. Processing and Delivery
Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location.
Shipments are sent directly from our supplier in China; customs fees may apply.
The timeframes listed are approximate; delays due to high volume, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle you to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations
See our separate return policy for all terms and conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated until the item has been received.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the specified address. Our liability is limited in all cases to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Always check your address information carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints may be submitted in writing via info@hazelhue.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size or quality, please always include clear photos and a description.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the judicial district where the consumer resides, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
